A series of tapestries that celebrates the duality of human experience through the
metaphor of animals.
Each subject represents a life dedicated to daily routine, but also a passion that sets
them free.
The figures are made with a patchwork of colorful fabrics, a symbol of uniqueness and
diversity, and are accompanied by an iconic element that reveals their essence.
The backgrounds, different for each subject, are characterized by neutral colors and
intricate patterns, which emphasize the repetitiveness of daily actions. However,
this repetition is never identical for everyone: just like the animals, the backgrounds
tell unique stories, because everyone faces life with their own commitments, challenges
and paths.
At first glance, we all seem to wear the same clothes and live the same lives... but this
is precisely the reflection that the work wants to convey: it is the differences in the
details that somehow make us the same.
