Manuela Pelizzon

Born in 1960, she grew up surrounded by the intoxicating scent of wood that filled her father's small workshop, where he worked as an excellent cabinetmaker and artisan. After graduating in Architecture in Venice, she began her training at an architecture, design, and interior design studio. This experience led her to open her own studio in 1993 in Pieve di Soligo, where she currently lives and works. Her love for her work and her sensitivity guide her in the search for the simplicity of things, developing it in design and interior design. A great passion for comics led her to create collections over the years featuring designs by Guido Crepax and Hugo Pratt. Passionate about decoration, she studies and elaborates past decor, re-proposing them on home surfaces with simple, graphic marks, without nostalgia. This has given rise to collections of furniture, wallpapers, and tiles that mark out colorful life paths. She collaborates as a designer and art director with companies in the furniture sector.
